The Madhurashtakam is a unique composition by Shri Vallabhacharya which describes the Sweetness of Lord Shri Krishna. The Madhurashtakam uses just one adjective, "Madhuram", meaning sweet or beautiful, to describe the lovely attributes of Lord Sri Krishna's beautiful form. He is the King of Sweetness and is Beauty personified.

Govindashtakam is a stotra on Lord Krishna. It is composed by Sri Shankaracharya. It has 8 verses. This stotra describes the leelas of krishna, who is supreme bliss personified, Absolute Truth, as well as unlimited and eternal knowledge.
