Maio in Island - Classic Island Run is a side-scrolling platform game originally released. The rules and controls of the game are almost identical to those from the original adventure, is very much like that of Maio in classic Island style with some new features. Higgins can now crouch, an ability he did not have in the previous Island games. However, he loses the ability to backtrack during a stage. Unlike the previous game, the boss does not move to a different stage when the player loses a life.
