Mercy Flight

Mercy Flight’s smartphone app is intended for use by emergency first responders and hospital personnel. Authorized users can instantly submit a request for patient transport to the Mercy Flight Communications Center. This function sends the user’s information and GPS location directly from their device. The user is then able to see the steps taken by the Communication Center during the process of evaluating the request and assigning appropriate assets to the incident. Once the Mercy Flight unit is on the way to the scene or healthcare facility, the user will be presented with a map, which allows the user to track the asset in real time. Additionally, using the app’s chat feature, requestors can communicate directly with the Mercy Flight Communications Specialist.

Registration is required for all users. Only approved, authorized users will have access to all features, including the ability to request a transport or receive updates.
