Mutex is a new platform which gives everyday people the opportunity to

earn money for introducing realtors or home sellers to potential home buyers in their

network (hereinafter referred to as the “Finder”). If an introduction ultimately leads to the

qualifying purchase of a home, the Finder would receive a finder’s fee.
