- Flood Forecasts for designated rivers have been added
- Add Push Notifications for when forecasts have been issued
- Fixed a problem where water level observation points overlapping your current location could not be selected

The four levels of flood information associated with a forecast are Flood Alert (equivalent to Warning Level 2), Flood Warning (equiv. Level 3), High Risk of Flooding (equiv. Level 4) and Floods Occurring (equiv. Level 5).
