Added a way for parents to change their name, avatar/default profile pic
Parents can choose between pin and pattern now
Parents don't have to write to support in case of lost pin/pattern for 9 digit code. An option EMAIL ME will email them the nine digit code that they can use to reset their pin/pattern
Added ads in parent mode
