Phoenix Sepsis Calculator

This Phoenix Sepsis Score calculator is intended for use in children who have confirmed or suspected infection and who are less than 18 years old and are at least 37 weeks post-conception and not in their birth hospitalization. The calculator determines if the infant meets the criteria for sepsis and septic shock based on the Phoenix sepsis criteria.
