-new episodes count indicator for subscriptions

-add feature to allow download storage location to be configurable

-improve tags orginization
-add browse by network per feed
-better retrieval of latest

-new app icon, network icons, language icons
-removed unneeded permission
-alert user if podcast is offline when trying to play

-discover podcasts by networks and languages
-easier navigating to queue and subscriptions

-added ability for users to request new features
