- Away mode. Stay unavailable for external chat requests but available for chat transfers and internal chat requests at the same time.
- Improved notifications. Never miss a chat request or a new message with improved push notifications and sound alerts you are used to. Sounds are the same with the desktop Operator Console now.
- Password preview. See the password when typing on the login screen if needed.
- Improved chat menu. Invite colleagues to assist you right from the chat.
