In most cases, there will be loans linked to a real estate deal. But, you do not get 100% amount of a property price from bank. Suppose you get 80% loan of a property price, you should own the 20% money at our side. The budget of a deal depends on a number of other parameters like broker fees, stamp duty, registration fees and documentation fees. These fees individually are some percentage of the property price. So, the budget is not just the property price, but also includes the above fees too.
