Nationality - They have a quota to hire certain number of people from certain countries, for that reason it's necessary.

Official ID - It's needed to know whether this applicant was hired within this system before or not. This is the unique applicant info that's used for hiring screening managers to search their DB and see future promoters history within sacs.me if he has worked before. Additionally, official ID for first comers also required.
