SAM - Scan Attendance Manager

This is a maintenance release addressing the following:
1. Send SMS - blank Student name and incorrect Class name in the message text is fixed.
2. Absenteeism Report - updated to show present and absent Students per Attendance Date.
3. SAM Version 5 Detailed QR Code support is fixed.
5. Repair Database - included during database Integrity Tests.
6. Delete Class - no longer allows a Class with Attendance History to be deleted.
7. New - generate Student Cards only for a selected Class.
