Sameera Estates Private Limited is a real estate and land Trading company, which aims at creating “High Quality Township Projects” across Tamil Nadu, using the latest technology in constructions.

The Company started its foray into the real estate business with the launch of its first plotted development in the early 2000's. In the last 17 years, the company has sold real estate properties across Chennai, Kanchipuram, Vellore and Arcot districts.

Having created a name for themselves in the Land Trading, Education, Transportation & Hospitality industries, the group now aims at venturing into the real estate residential business with their maiden project “SAMEERA 117“, an Integrated township in Poonamallee, Chennai.
