Sasquatch, also referred to as Bigfoot, Yeti, Skunk Ape and other names has been a source of curiosity, study and myth.

SasqWatch is an Android community for professional Sasquatch trackers, enthusiasts and people curious about Sasquatch. Learn more about the habits and habitats of this fascinating and elusive creature from reading about sasquatch encounters posted by app users, or share your encounters and knowledge.

There are three basic Encounter types; Sighting, Audial and Sign. A Sighting is visual contact, and Audial encounter is hearing vocalizations or other sounds associated with a sasquatch, and Sign can be footprints, hair, territory marks or scat.

Do not use this app to try to get close to a sasquatch!! They are wild and unpredictable creatures that can live in unforgiving terrain and may be most active at night. Trying to get close to a sasquatch IS DANGEROUS!

Report an encounter:

Use the map to zoom in on the location of the encounter and long press the spot to bring up the report dialog. In the report dialog you can press the image holder to upload an image of the sign or sighting.
