Version 3.4.0 includes the following features and fixes:
- Add an 'All' card to site overview widget on today tab
- Fix bug where an individual evacuee's details could sometimes not be accessed in shared evacuations
- Fix bug where app could black-screen if opened without internet connection
- General bugfixes and improvements
