signoSign/Universal is a solution to sign PDF documents legally admissible, legally compliant and handwrittenly thus enabling the integration of a workflow without media discontinuity.

PDF documents signed in this manner can be checked at any time, anywhere and by anyone without incurring any technical costs. Signatures are recorded pursuant to ISO standard and protect the document with the digital signature which can be verified as genuine.

signoSign/Universal is accessible on all devices via a qualified HTML5 capable browser, enabling collaboration in heterogeneous IT landscapes. For a high quality recording of digital signatures within a browser signotec signature pads can be used.

The app "signoSign/mobile" requires an online connection to a server.

The hosting offers optimum protection with respect to the availability, confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of your information and has been certified by TÜV Süd with the coveted seal ISO 27001.
