Smart Rotate: Screen Rotation Control

An option is added under Notifcation settings to remove app shortcut from notification shade.

Graphics update for the notification shade and widget.

"Force orientation" option is added under smart rotation features (Per App, On Power, Headset)
If you enable this option the screen will always rotate, even if the current running app doesn't support that orientation. It's great but may cause some apps not to display properly if they don't support the orientation you want to lock in.
