• The BENECURA SymptomCheck now counts as a consultation for the purposes of the FAVORIT TELMED, FAVORIT MULTICHOICE and FAVORIT MEDPHARM / MEDPHARM PROVITA insurance models. After answering the questions and releasing them to santé24, insured persons no longer have to call santé24, but may go directly to a doctor or pharmacy, for example, in accordance with the recommendation.
