This book is a sharah or explanation of the book Faraid Bahiyah Nadzam fi Qawaidul Fiqhiyyah written by Sheikh Abul Bakr bin Abil Qasim al-Yamani.

Mahmud Shalih Musa, lecturer of the book Faraid Bahiyah Nadzam Qawaidul Fiqhiyah, said that he explained the verses in the book Faraid Bahiyah with clear and easy explanations. Also mentions the arguments for the verses and hadith that are needed.

This book explains three groups of fiqh rules, namely:

1. The first group contains five rules, which are usually called basic rules in jurisprudence.

2. The second group contains 40 comprehensive rules of jurisprudence or kully.

3. The third group contains 20 various rules.

One of the rules discussed in this book is al-amru bimaqasidiha, which means that every matter is accompanied by a meaning. This means that a case is not valid if it is not accompanied by an intention to do it.

The above rule applies to every act of worship, where worship will not be valid unless it is accompanied by intention. Therefore, all worship such as ablution, prayer, fasting and so on, are not valid unless with intention.
