This mobile app makes it quick for you to bring up the guide and it automatically chooses Vancouver, BC for you.

This is applicable for the Greater Vancouver area, including Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, etc.

When you launch the app, it shows you what is on each channel from now until 2 hours from now. You can scroll up and down the channels, and right to left to choose the time range.
