-Fixed quests not progressing with items
-Fixed tutorial getting stuck in menu
-Fixed NPC spawning mid air in houses/flats
-Cloud accounts now work!
-Added Buy/Sell/Throw selected instead of just 1 each time
-Optimised fights and made it more modular
