Controls overhaul: Thank you for all your feedback regarding the controls.
The controls were indeed substandard and in places very broken. So I've torn out the touch controls and redone them from scrach. I've repaired the broken gamepad controls, and I've added a "Classic" keys option, for those playing with keyboard supported devices.

- rewriting touch controls
- fixing gamepad controls
- adding classic keyboard option
