Our Quantified-Self apps, namely Assistance App (automatic tracking, daily support) and this Fitness App (manual annotation of physical activities), will provide you - based on your personal data - quantitated awareness of yourself and support you in daily life. Your task would be to simply use both apps and annotate your automatically detected physical activities/emotions.
