It is to support community volunteers reach vulnerable individuals and their households, and to provide them with all the necessary support possible. Here are some of the App features: - Collect the contact information of vulnerable households - Undertake health screening - Recording information and relaying it to appropriate stakeholders (such as hospitals, local government, etc).
