This application is mainly used for Attendance Management System for Trinity Institute of Technology & Research, Kokta Bypass Raisen Road, Bhopal (M.P)

Attendance Book -

There are four level or say interface in this attendance book.

► Level 1 - Admin/Principal/Director (of the college).

► Level 2 - HOD's (Head of Department's of the college).

► Level 3 - Faculties of the college.

a.) T.G - Teacher Guardian.

b.) TUTOR - Class Teacher.

► Level 4 - Students.

(The Higher level can access lower level, higher level manages the lower level respectively.

PRINCIPAL -> HOD's -> T.G & TUTOR -> STUDENTS.)

A) Level 1 - Principal Desk:-

► Create Departments.

► View/Update Departments.

► View Reports.

○ View Attendance Reports.

○ View Lecture Plan Reports.

B) Level 2 - HOD'S Desk:-

► Employee Inventory.

► View / Update Employees.

► Create Class Rooms.

► View / Update Class Rooms.

► View Attendance Reports.

C) Level 3 - (a) T.G Desk :-

► Student Inventory.

○ Create New Profile.

○ View / Update Profile.

► Class Attendance.

► Student Attendance.

Level 3 - (b) TUTOR Desk :- {Assigned Classes}

► Attendance Register.

► Attendance Record.

► Create Lecture Plan.

D) Level 4 - Student Desk:-

► View your profile.

► View your Attendance Record.

○ University Portal - Anyone can access university portal from this application.

○ Download Time-Table - You can now download time-table and other stuff uploaded by faculties from Download Desk.

○ My Notes - You can save your quick notes in this application, and your personal information too. Your all data will be saved to your phone memory.

○ Play Games - Only for entertainment purpose few games like TicTacToe, Solve Puzzle, Test Your Memory.
