Bug fixing & improvements, such as:

- Fixes in Asian Cup and World Cup qualifiers - Asian host countries for World Cup (like Qatar) now take part only in first round, just to qualify for Asian Cup. Also Asian Cup hosts are not taking part in Asian Cup qualifiers.
- Fixed possible crash and bug in U21 team after accepting new job offer and changing team.
- Prevented players from dropping skills too quickly
