Bugs fixed:
Event assets can now be refreshed on event and map pages
Reviews are now fully functional
Review popup cannot be "double clicked"

Improvements:
Description page and menu page can now be navigated consistently
Schedule slider will default to the current day
Speakers and Delegates ordered by last name
Exhibitor banner has been implemented
Menu page items are hidden if not needed
Maps have been re-designed to allow multiple maps more easily
Images are downloaded as thumbnails
