Control your app from the watch:
- added starting training from watch
- added checking the connection between devices after pressing start on the watch
- added full clubs sync after pressing start on the watch (the watch is the primary device if any of the differences appears)
- added screen after shot when data is not synced correctly

Fixes:
- fixed closing training screen when the stop button on the green was pressed

Additional changes:
- added links on the subscription screen
