Moved E-Stop further from bell on larger screens

Added:
-E-Stop disable on app settings screen
-Ability to add engines with duplicate address, mimicking DCS remote behavior
-Videos and Shop MTH links on More screen
Fixed:
-Issues reading, adding and addressing engines
-Softkey list not appearing occasionally after reading
-Bell turning off with whistle/horn
-Timeout when reading engines in certain configurations
