How does it work?

The employees of a company will have the possibility of being able to reserve vehicles in an agile, comfortable and intuitive way.

In a few clicks the employee can reserve a vehicle through their Smartphone, they will has choose the station, the vehicle of the fleet that best meets his needs, define the time of use, and reserve it.

Once the reservation period has begun, vehicles can be accessed, arranged in the parking lot that the company enables for the service using the user's Smartphone, without the need of a physical key or card.

Use of the app does require that the phone's battery is sufficiently charged, the Bluetooth is activated and the volume is at least 50%.

When the Smartphone makes contact with the vehicle, the application notifies the user by activating the buttons, and thus allows its opening and closing.

Once inside, the necessary instructions to use the vehicle and start it are detailed by pressing the start and stop button. The reservation may be cancelled at any time, or extended, provided there are no previous reservations registered in the system.

To complete the reservation it is necessary to return to the base of the company by closing the vehicle through the application
