1. Guide to convenient routes for the disabled

Based on the user's current location, the app gives priority to the closest route with disabled access. Guidance on the optimal route is provided, including information on elevators, ramps, and special seating for the disabled. It also checks the real-time location of the selected bus or subway to let you know the exact arrival time.

2. Driver and station staff notification service

When a user wants to use a specific bus or train, Dream of Mobility checks the user's location in real time and notifies the driver and station staff of that mode of transportation in advance that a disabled passenger is scheduled to board. This allows drivers and station staff to provide more attentive service.

3. Inconvenience reporting service

In the existing inconvenience reporting service, in order to report a single inconvenience, you had to go through a process such as registering, logging in, or verifying your identity. We omit these procedures and provide our own reporting service so that users can more easily report inconveniences.
