  Increased the width of the progress bar in Monitor Mode and some tidying up of fields to provide a better display when installed on a tablet. Added description of utility to the "About" button. Also from version 2.09 there are updated Work Duration tables matching ECO board with 150bar minimum re-entry, 170bar Change Cylinder for non Carbon Fibre and 260bar Change Cylinder pressure for Carbon Fibre type cylinders.

Modifications to screen handling to better accommodate different devices in prep for iPhone version. Add exit confirmation check to prevent accidental closure and tweak screen layout. Modify app to allow either minutes of air as in Entry Control Board tables or the air pressure in Bar of the actual 9 Litre cylinder.
