Lot's of new features!

- We changed login to only be required once per device
- Added current balance information to the top of the sliding menu
- Added search based on current location or any other address
- Added access to many more offers from our partners
- Added search results refresh; try it by swiping your finger down on the offer list
- Added account# to the Account page, so it's there is you forgot it
- Added a button to call your BBU broker with one click
