I'd like to start off by apologizing for the app's recent login issues.
Since this is an unofficial tesla app that I have built on my own time, I cannot maintain/update it frequently.
Recently, Tesla changed their authentication flow. This caused the app's login page to break.
To avoid future bugs, I have removed the email/password fields.
Instead, to login you must provide an access token.
