Optimization:
-Adjusted the default level restrictions for chatting and friend requests.
-Added a red dot prompt when you have enough books to upgrade employees' skills.
-Optimized the display of products in the mall.
-The number of sessions for the Craftsman Competition has been adjusted to one per day.
-The Build button no longer prompts the red dot for the currently available buildings, but you can still see all available ones with red dots in the Build panel.
