What are binaural beats?

Binaural beats occur when we hear two different frequencies, one in each ear. A binaural win is known as the difference between the two stadiums. When you hear the 200Hz sound in one ear and the 190Hz sound in the other, you will hear 10Hz strokes of the ears (200-190 = 10).

Binaural beats are audio artworks. In our example above, there is no 10Hz sound but we "hear" one anyway. You must use headphones to separate stereo sound. Among the speakers will not work, you have to use stereo headphones or earphones.

Why listen to binaural beat? They may increase specific brainwave frequencies as the brain mimics the frequencies we hear in binaural beats. Let's say you want to increase your alpha brainwaves. Listen to the binaural beat in the alpha range (8-12 Hz). This phenomena is called entrainment idea or response following frequency.
