BreakUp is part of Benchmark advertising initiative One Heart Health community that promotes health awareness and education . BreakUp will try to help people break up with their current, unhealthy lifestyle and gradually stick to healthier and happier lifestyle. BreakUp will follow a more human friendly approach in transforming our lives, it will deal with human nature as it is. BreakUp knows that its very difficult for us to sustain a gym routine or following a healthy strict hard diet, instead it will help you by starting with a very simple in-house exercises, avoiding monster junk meals and other. It will help you as well in tracking your progress, trying to verify or bust the myth of “do something for a 21 days and it will turn into habit”, as well as other cool stuff.
