To measure your heart rate, put the watch correctly on your wrist, tap the HR measure button on the watch face. While measuring, the heart icon will blink and after a few seconds, a new HR value will appear on the watch face.

• Please make sure you have enabled all permissions for the watch face in settings/applications/permissions.
