We are responsible and accountable to the D-BAT Baseball tradition, ourselves, and our teammates. We put the team first, embrace and make the most of our role, and respect the game and each other. We are prepared when we step on the field, get better each day, learn from our mistakes, and focus on what we can do when we play the game. We play with swagger, control the controllable, and compete with a warrior attitude. We take care of the little things and play the game pitch to pitch, prepared to win the next pitch. We cherish the target on our backs and we use it to constantly build our belief and passion in playing the game.
