* fix player teleported to random spot when using taxi from 6:45 am/pm to 6:59 am/pm
* fix player teleported to random spot when walking or using vehicle on sector spot at 7:00 am/pm
* if player somehow put on water spot, the game will teleport player to default spot in current district
* this is a new game to replace DC Anthology: Profitist so saved game progress from previous game is not compatible with the new game
* this is the first game in Dream City Construct game series
