Disable Speaker

-Add the ability to stop temporarily mute function.
Note: If you want to stop the mute function, please switch the mute function. (Please do not stop service)
-Add: if notifications is tapped, show dialog for toggles mute function..
-changed design.
-For Android5: Hide notifications in the locked screen. (Please set screen lock security. And change to "hide sensitive notification content")

-Tested by Xperia Z1f（Android4.4）
-Support for Android 2.1(API 7) or later
