The ancient historical town of Toda Rai Singh in Tonk District of Rajasthan, situated amongst the picturesque hills around Bisalpur Dam, is home to BL Memorial Charitable Sansthan.\n This Sansthan was launched by Shri Kanhiya Lal Ji Choudhary, in the memory of his father, Shri Banna Lal Ji Choudhary, a social activist and environmentalist of repute. This Sansthan has initiated many social projects like tree plantation in Toda and Bisalpur, building for girl´s hostel in Malpura, art and cultural programmes, modification to an ancient Shiv temple atop a hill adjacent to Toda and building a dharmshala and steps at this temple to facilitate darshan etc.

In order to provide top class quality English medium education, badly needed in these rural areas, BL Memorial Charitable Santhan has facilitated launch of BL International Smart School (BLISS). BLISS is located on the outskirts of Toda Rai Singh Town, on Jaipur road and is an English Medium Primary School based on CBSE curriculum. It shall be subsequently be upgraded to middle and thence to senior secondary levels. BLISS offers a Day boarding cum Residential School to the parents and children in this rural area, with a unique no home work concept at least up to primary classes. The children would stay back after the School hours and thereafter, have a short duration of relaxation and meals.
