E Lapp ဆုိတာ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအတြက္ ဥပေဒမူေဘာင္ေတြကို တစ္စုတစ္စည္းထဲေဖာ္ျပေပးထားတာပါ။ မ်က္ႏွာစာေတြနဲ႔ပက္သတ္ၿပီး ဥပေဒျပဌာန္းခ်က္ေတြကို ရွာေဖြဖုိ႔နဲ႔နားလည္ဖုိ႔ E Lapp က ကူညီေပးပါမယ္။ ဒီ အပလီေကးရွင္းကေတာ့ ဖြဲ႕စည္းပုံအေျခခံဥပေဒ၊ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဥပေဒေတြ၊ နည္းဥပေဒေတြ၊ ျပည္ေထာင္စု ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲေကာ္မရွင္လမ္းညႊန္ခ်က္ေတြနဲ႔လက္စြဲေတြအပါအဝင္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲနဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ဥပေဒေပါင္း မ်ားစြာထဲက ေကာက္ႏုတ္ထားတာပါ။ အခန္းတုိင္းမွာပဲတဲ့ ဥပေဒျပဌာန္းခ်က္ေတြအားလုံးကို အဂၤလိပ္-ျမန္မာ ႏွစ္ဘာသာနဲ႔ ေဒါင္းလုပ္တ္ဆြဲႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ဥပေဒမူေဘာင္မွာျပင္ဆင္မႈေတြလုပ္ရင္ ဒီအပလီေကးရွင္မွာလည္း အခ်ိန္နဲ႔တစ္ေျပးညီျပင္ဆင္ေပးသြားမွာပါ။ အသုံးျပဳသူေတြအေနနဲ႔ ဒီဥပေဒေတြကို စုစည္းတာနဲ႔ ဖြင့္ဆုိတာေတြမွာ အၾကံျပဳခ်င္တာေတြ၊ ထပ္ျဖည့္ခ်င္တာ ေတြ၊ ျပင္ဆင္ခ်င္တာေတြမ်ားရွိရင္ေတာ့ ဆက္သြယ္ေပးၾကဖုိ႔ တုံ႔ေႏွးမေနပါနဲ႔။

E Lapp is a compendium of the legal framework for elections. It helps users to locate and understand the legal provisions regarding key aspects of the electoral process. The application covers numerous laws related to elections including the constitution, election laws, by-laws, UEC working guidelines and manuals. All provisions listed in each chapter are downloadable- both in English as well as in Burmese.

The App will be continuously updated as changes are made to the legal framework. Users are encouraged to be in touch with suggestions, additions or corrections in the compilations and interpretation of these laws.
