-Minor state profile typo fix

-You can now change the the name of the Democratic and Republican parties.
-Expanded some state profile descriptions and fixed some minor typos.

-A new state profile feature has been added. Click on a state in the state profile screen and you'll get tons of up to date information about it.
-You can now enable third parties in the settings screen. Name them whatever you want!
