Flex: Multi-Speed Auto Scroll

- added option to hide the panel when the on-screen keyboard is shown (Settings > General)
- added option to change to a fling gesture for page scrolling (for use with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- added option to have the page scroll timer reset when you scroll to the next page yourself
- fixed issue of scroll speed indicator stuck at 99% after device reboot
