- Added new layers that can be dynamically added/removed without an app release
- Added coordinate component in deg, dec or UTM
- Added sunrise, sunset and nadir (darkest time of night)

Fixes
- Profile follow button.
- Some trips could cause the trip search to results to be empty.

- Icons are not showing on trip/trail pages.
