• added Profile screen for more convenient permission settings
• ability to export and import local backup directly from the app
• the type of exercise list is now saved for the duration of the app session (tree or flat)
• option to disable silent mode when starting a workout
• fixed a bug due to which training statistics could be calculated incorrectly
• fixed some problems when creating a workout
• fixed the problem of filtering exercise comments to the exercise
