Fitness data and habit coaching for older adults age more healthily
The Healthy Habits app presents key health and fitness data from a range of accompanying sensors to older adults using them. It provides a simple and easy way to see this important health info, and also includes a coaching programme to support users in improving their health metrics by focussing on each healthy habit in turn. The app comprises part of a study being conducted and supported by Imperial College London and is only available to participants of this study. It also facilitates the users’ completion of tasks and entry of other key information required for the study.
