A mobile application for daily reporting to chief from O&M HOD. This applications derives its name from the five top most important checklist related to day-to-day activities of respective departments. The jobs taken may be of high risk or taken during odd hours as per plant emergency needs. These jobs where the HOD is off duty needs more attention in terms of not only resources but precisely on job safety prerequisites. When jobs are completed, whether an audit has been done and areas specific to departments ensured has been addressed in a one shot questionnaire. This provides snapshot picture of green zone and red zone for individual departments based on their responses in their respective logins.
