Międzynarodowa Klasyfikacja Przestępczości dla Celów Statystycznych – Wersja 1.0
The International Classification of Crime for Statistical Purposes (ICCS) is a classification based on internationally agreed concepts, definitions and principles in order to improve the consistency and international comparability of crime statistics, as well as to improve analytical capacity at national and international levels. The ICCS can be applied to all sources of crime data, whatever the stage of the criminal justice process (police investigation, prosecution, conviction, imprisonment) at which they are collected, as well as to data from victimization surveys. The ICCS improves the comparability of crime data across countries and serves to harmonize data from different international, national and subnational institutions.
